We are looking for a flexible and energetic professional for the role of Sales Manager for UK, Scandinavia and new European countries reporting to our EMA General Manager in Zürich / Switzerland. EMEA Operations are based in Zürich, but a move to Switzerland is not mandatory.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales development initiatives in markets that are critical to the growth of the company. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership in sales and marketing for a CE Accessory company, and has a proven track of record. We are looking for self-starters who can work with little guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales initiatives - planning, gathering and synthesizing market data, developing sales plans in cooperation with distribution partners and the General Manager EMEA.
- Provide market and regional expertise to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with Product Marketing to improve local products.
- Embody the progressive, innovative values that represent Datacolor.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Experience in a sales management role for a high growth technology firm - Demonstrated top performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
- Work experience and keen understanding of the distribution landscape in the countries required.
- Strong spirit and instinct for revenue-generating activities.
- Experience in the ce, software, internet, media, or fast-paced technology start-up industries strongly preferred.
- Distinctive problem solving and analytic skills, ability to communicate with highly technical management team.
- Established network of contacts within photographic communities.
- Fluency in English required, Swedish and/or Russian would be an advantage. Outstanding presentation skills in english
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
