Datacolor today announced the acquisition of all assets of privately held Milori, Inc. Milori develops and sells color calibration systems for the projection and presentation markets.
Milori's innovative products provide a natural extension to Datacolor's expansive line of industry leading color technology solutions. Datacolor delivers color control systems, instruments, software and equipment worldwide. ColorVision, a unit of Datacolor, offers cost-effective color management tools for the digital darkroom. ColorVision's exceptional products for monitor and printer calibration perfectly compliment Milori's offerings, increasing the range of Datacolor solutions overall. Milori is based in the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina. The company's primary focus is the development of automatic and manual video calibration systems sold primarily to professional video technicians for use in the Corporate and Home Theater markets. In fact, Milori technology has set the standard for improving the quality of Home Theater display devices with professional calibration systems.
